We provide ERP implementation, customization, and support services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to specific conditions.

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Service Commencement:

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project or service has started.
  • In such cases, a full or partial refund may be considered after deducting any administrative or onboarding charges.

After Service Commencement:

  • Once the service has started (including consultation, setup, or development work), cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any approved cancellations at this stage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Service not delivered as per agreed scope (validated by our internal review)
  • Cancellation approved before service commencement

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on feasibility.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service initiation
  • Delay caused by the client (e.g., lack of required inputs, approvals)
  • Completed milestones or delivered modules
  • Customized development work already executed

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, we encourage clients to contact us first to seek resolution. We aim to handle all concerns fairly and transparently, in line with applicable laws such as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
