Before Service Commencement:

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project or service has started.
  • In such cases, a full or partial refund may be considered after deducting any administrative or onboarding charges.

After Service Commencement:

  • Once the service has started (including consultation, setup, or development work), cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any approved cancellations at this stage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Service not delivered as per agreed scope (validated by our internal review)
  • Cancellation approved before service commencement

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on feasibility.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed milestones or delivered modules
  • Customized development work already executed
